  My Newfoundland Yogi went to chesterfield for reactive lead training and Jordan his trainer has done great work with him in such a short time. I have adopted the skills Jordan has taught me and things so far are getting better each walk. He still has some way to go but much better than he was. Jordan has given me further advice on techniques and his response was quick and encouraging. So glad I went through with training as nothing worked before this.

  Writing this on behalf of my friend as she does not have a google account. Would rate 0 star if I could. My friend was discussing the weeks training with a lady via phone and email who seemed to be extremely helpful and was told to come down and meet the training to see if they could help with the puppies territorial biting.
  
  She arrived at the kennels and was asked for vaccination card, which she did not have as no one told her to bring this. After driving 1.5 hours to the kennel. They then advised they can call the puppy’s vet to confirm vaccinations which is fine however, the lady on reception went and found the trainer who come out and was so unwelcoming who point blank advised they would not help train the puppy, after her driving 1.5 hours to stand there and be told they cannot help.
  
  It seems to me they discriminated against that particular dog breed, the puppy is not dangerous and actually squealed and ran out the door upon meeting the trainer.
  
  So if you have a dog that actually needs help training I would not advise this facility. I believe they can teach them tricks from what the other reviews advise but actually helping train dogs with biting issues they are useless.
  
  If anybody knows any trainers that will help my friend please do contact me as she is crying out for help and this company completely knocked her back.
